A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit as specified in your bespoke itinerary. Final payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the journey start date.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, permits, and any required health documentation for their chosen destination.
Leisure Loop Trip acts as a curator and coordinator. While we partner exclusively with high-end providers, we are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen environmental factors.
